The LICORICE consortium met in Vienna on 26–27 November for our General Assembly, kindly hosted by AIT, marking an important milestone for the project: 2025 – Laying the Foundation.

Over two days of focused discussions and alignment, we concentrated on laying the foundations to enable strong progress in the development and testing of the LICORICE toolset. The exchanges across work packages helped consolidate our planning, align priorities, and clarify the steps needed for the upcoming phases. This General Assembly was a key moment to solidify planning and strengthen the foundations needed for the next phase of the project.

Next big milestone: March 2026 We are already looking ahead as the project continues to build towards further development and testing activities.

Our sincere thanks to AIT for hosting the meeting in Vienna, and to all consortium partners for their active participation and collaboration.

LICORICE Launches Coordinated Action with Sister Projects on Privacy & Identity Management

Today we kicked off structured coordination meetings among the five LICORICE sister projects to align synergies and accelerate real-world adoption across European data spaces.

Why it matters
– Coordination gives us a light-touch way to share vocabulary, align interfaces, and reuse evidence.
– It amplifies our signal to standards and adopters, speeds interoperability, and expands reach for SMEs and public agencies.

coordinated contributions to standardisation, and joint progress on open-access solutions.”
